Quoting eLearning Learning:
The goals of eLearning Learning are:

Collect High Quality Content - The goal of a content community is to provide a high quality destination that highlights the most recent and best content from as defined by the community.

Provide an Easy to Navigate Site - End users most often are people who are not regular readers of the blogs and other sources. They come to the content community to find information on particular topics of interest to them. This links them across to the sources themselves.

Be A Jump Off Point - To be clear all content communities are only jump off points to the sources of the content.

Help Surface Content that Might Not be Found - It’s often hard to find and understand blog content that’s spread across sites. Most users are not regular subscribers to these blogs and other content sources.

Do visit it to see what this site has to offer.

Respected Madam,
I am curious observer of elearning, for two reasons.
One to help my 12 year son to study and second as an good business opportunity for career shift.
I am mechanical engineer with 14 years of sales and marketing experience.
I can read from your post that you are working as ID. If I am correct you design or in engineers term manufactured the products. Your department may be similar to production and quality control department of factory.
The eleaning in India has reach the point where it needs sales and marketing professional to make it happen.
I notice lot of big talks on elearning without any action plan.

Application of eleaning will be in following way-
1) To supplement conventional education.
2) To replace the conventional education.
3) Elearning in HR for skill assessment and skill enhancement.
4) Developing special professional course for focus group and deliver by elearning.
Is my observation are correct?
Still I am viewing the players of eleraning in India.
Your blog and one you have suggested sounds interesting.
Thanks in advance.
